With 60+ classes each week our spacious studio hosts classes every day for all abilities. From Lesmills BODYPUMP & BODYBALANCE, Zumba, Pilates, Boxfit and more, our programme is designed to suit all abilities and interests.
Classes are pre-bookable online. Create a membership account from our ‘Book/Join’ page then download our app for quick and easy access. Unless otherwise specified sessions are for ages 16+.
